I say, BALONY

We always hear that we should keep learning and get better at the things we don’t know.

I say, BALONEY!

You have a few things that you do well. Become a master at these items that come naturally to you.

All the other things - hire people that perform these tasks well.

I am not saying that you should not keep learning. Replace the word ‘learning’ with ‘being curious’ about other things. Keep being curious and look at items that you don’t know and see if these things come to you naturally.

As a business owner, you need to concentrate on what you do well and keep your Vision and ‘Why’ in focus. Look at the most important sections of your business: TIME, MONEY and TEAM.
