When you pause and actively relate to a situation, ask several questions to gain clarity.
Asking the right question can be challenging.
To develop one’s personal awareness, you might want to ask yourself:
What’s my biggest asset? What’s my biggest liability?
What’s my highest High? What’s my lowest low?
What’s my most worthwhile emotion? What’s my least worthwhile emotion?
What’s my best habit? What’s my worst habit?
What is most fulfilling for me?
I know that in today's fast world it is hard to take a break but doing so will help you on your journey to growth.
